- The student who is enrolled in the School will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the School, irregular in attendance, he/she may be expelled from the School. The decision of the Management Committee in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
- If any student is absent for more than one week continuously without prior written application he/she may be deemed to be expelled from the School. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. The decision of Management Committee in this regard will be final and binding on the student.
- If any student once enrolled in the School, no fee or part of the fee will be refunded or adjusted due to any reason whatsoever even if he/she is not attended a single class.
- The parents can meet Principal for any enquiry about their ward progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
- Every students should maintain strict discipline and consider it their duty to behave decently inside and outside the School.
- Indiscipline, insubordination, disrespect to any faculty members or staff members shall not be tolerated.
- Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and other neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required at all times.
- Every student should wear School Uniform and bring School Identity card and School bag to the School daily.
- Smoking, chewing of betel nut & chewing gums, taking tobacco, alcoholic drinks, and consuming any sort of drugs are strictly forbidden. A student found indulging in any of these habits are liable to be expelled from the School.
- The students must keep the School building neat and clean.
- Any student using unfair means in any test shall not be permitted to continue their studies further in the School.
- Students must reach the School premises 30 minutes prior to class timing/exam timing.
- Students are not allowed to loiter in and around the School premises, in between the class hours.
- If any of enrolled student Selected/Passed in any of the entrance exam or academic exam, the School & MECI have the right to publish his/her photograph.
- The student should not bring mobiles and other electronic devices to the school.
- In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms and conditions, same shall be referred to the Management Committee of MECI Explorer Academy, Imphal. The decision of the Management Committee of the MECI Explorer Academy, Imphal in this regard will be
final
